With more than twenty years of experience in the field, Craig is a professional athlete, fitness personality, bodybuilding ambassador, and a pioneer in the online training business. Having experience in both judging bodybuilding contests and competing, he is driven to share his expertise with others and help them reach new heights of success.

Since getting serious about bodybuilding two decades ago, Craig has placed highly in multiple international and national contests, including twice as runner-up at the WBFF Pro Bodybuilding World Championships.  He also holds the title of Mr. Manitoba.

 

His hard work has been featured in many publications, including Muscular Development, MuscleMag, Inside Fitness Magazine, Oxygen Fitness Magazine, Status Fitness Magazine, and many Fusion Bodybuilding Advertisements.

 

He has now coached hundreds of bodybuilders , figure, physique, bikini models, as well as thousands of non-competitive and general weight loss clients. In recent years he’s focused on providing information to others about the benefits of the Ketogenic (KETO) Diet-- of which he is now considered an expert in the field.
